While Enterobiz LLC is incorporated in the U.S., we operate transparently from Pakistan. Our operations—including client support, documentation handling, and service management—are managed by our team based in Pakistan, while filings and registered agent duties are fulfilled through our official U.S. partners.
We provide digital services with a human touch—serving both U.S. and non-U.S. residents who want to legally start and manage a Limited Liability Company in the United States.

4. Payments & Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a globally trusted, PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store or access your card details—your payment is handled securely on Stripe’s servers.

5. Delivery Timeline
We begin processing your order immediately after payment. Timeframes may vary:

6. Refund Policy
Due to the fast-paced and government-involved nature of our work, we have a strict but fair refund policy.
✅ Refunds Are Only Issued If:
- You request a refund before we submit your filing to the state or EIN to the IRS.
- You made a duplicate payment (accidental double charge).
We process LLC filings and EINs quickly—often within hours. Therefore, if we’ve already submitted your application or paid your state fee, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
⚠️ Important: Once the state fee is submitted or EIN request is filed, the transaction is final.

7. Responsibility of the Client
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information during your order
- Ensure your LLC name complies with state rules
- Respond promptly to any clarification or verification requests
- Handle your annual report filings or hire us separately
We are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incorrect data you provide.
8. Registered Agent Renewals
Your first year of Registered Agent service is included in our $249 package. Renewal after one year is $165/year and is not auto-charged.
We’ll notify you well in advance so you can renew manually. If you fail to renew, you may lose compliance with your state’s regulations, which can lead to penalties or dissolution of your LLC.
9. Legal Jurisdiction
Enterobiz LLC is officially registered in New Mexico, United States. While we operate from Pakistan, we comply with all relevant U.S. laws.
Any legal disputes shall be governed by the laws of the state of New Mexico, USA.
10. Modifications to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. If we make changes, we’ll post them here with an updated effective date.
