Welcome to Enterobiz. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the services offered by Enterobiz LLC (“Enterobiz,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Enterobiz

Enterobiz LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States. Our operational team works from both the United States and Pakistan. We provide business formation and compliance support services to founders worldwide.

Enterobiz is not a law firm, CPA firm, or government agency. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Our role is limited to administrative and filing support based on information provided by our clients.

2. Scope of Services

We offer the following services:

• LLC formation services
• EIN application support
• Registered Agent service
• U.S. business address solutions
• Related administrative compliance support

All services are service-based, not outcome-based. Government approvals, processing times, and decisions are controlled solely by state agencies and the IRS.

3. LLC Formation Service

• Price: $249 + applicable state filing fee
• Includes:
  • Preparation and submission of LLC formation documents
  • EIN application support
  • Editable operating agreement template
  • One year of Registered Agent service

Once the state filing fee is submitted to the state authority, the service becomes non-refundable. Enterobiz does not control state approval timelines or decisions.

4. EIN Service

• Price: $149 (flat fee)
• We prepare IRS Form SS-4 based strictly on information provided by the client.
• The client is required to review, sign, and date the SS-4 form.
• Enterobiz may submit the signed SS-4 to the IRS by fax or mail as a third-party designee when authorized.
• Enterobiz does not issue EINs. EINs are assigned solely by the IRS.
• The IRS sends the official EIN confirmation letter directly to the mailing address provided by the client.

Once the SS-4 form has been completed and submitted, the EIN service is non-refundable.

5. Registered Agent Service

• Price: $165 per year
• Includes:
  • Registered Agent address
  • Acceptance of official government correspondence
  • Digital document forwarding

Registered Agent renewals are manual, not automatic. Refunds are available only if the service has not yet been activated.

6. U.S. Business Address Service

We offer multiple U.S. address solutions depending on the selected plan.

• Address services begin once the virtual suite is assigned.
• Address services are intended for business correspondence and filings only.
• Physical mail scanning is provided digitally. Physical packages are not accepted.
• Address services cannot be used for Google Business Profile verification.

Once suite assignment begins, the service becomes non-refundable.

7. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful.
• You are legally authorized to request services for the business entity.
• You will promptly sign documents and respond to requests when required.
• You understand that delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information are not the responsibility of Enterobiz.

Failure to cooperate or provide accurate information may result in service delays or cancellation without refund.

8. Processing Times and Delays

All timelines provided are estimates only. Processing times depend on government agencies, postal services, and third parties beyond our control. Delays do not constitute service failure and are not grounds for refunds.

9. No Guarantees

Enterobiz does not guarantee:

• Approval of LLC filings
• EIN issuance timelines
• Acceptance by banks, payment processors, marketplaces, or third parties
• Tax treatment or compliance outcomes

Third-party acceptance decisions are outside our control.

10. Payments

• All prices are listed in USD
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• By submitting payment, you authorize Enterobiz to begin service execution

Chargebacks or payment disputes submitted after services have begun may result in account suspension and documentation being provided to the payment processor.

11. Refund Policy Summary

Refund eligibility depends on service status:

• LLC Formation: No refund once state filing fee is submitted
• EIN Service: No refund after SS-4 is completed and submitted
• Registered Agent: Refund only if service not activated
• U.S. Address Service: Refund only if suite assignment not started

12. Limitation of Liability

Enterobiz’s total liability, under any circumstance, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Client information is used only to deliver services or comply with legal requirements. We do not sell or rent personal data. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

 

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
