Welcome to Enterobiz LLC (“Enterobiz,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order through our website https://enterobiz.com, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
These terms govern your access to and use of our services. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Who We Are

Enterobiz LLC is a New Mexico–registered company, operated from Pakistan with additional U.S.-based team members.

We provide professional business services, including:

LLC formation
Registered Agent services
EIN acquisition
U.S. business address solutions

We operate with honesty, transparency, and fixed pricing — no hidden fees or unnecessary upsells.

2. Services We Provide and Pricing

A) LLC Formation Service

Price: $249 + state filing fee

Includes:

Formation of your LLC in the chosen U.S. state
EIN (Employer Identification Number)
Editable Operating Agreement template
One year of Registered Agent service (renews at $165/year)

Renewals:
Only the Registered Agent service renews annually.
LLC formation, EIN, and Operating Agreement are one-time services.

Start Date:
Service begins once full payment is received and state filing is initiated.

Restrictions:
No refunds once the state filing fee is paid to the state authority.

B) EIN Service

Price: $149 flat — available only to clients with a valid U.S. mailing address.

Delivery:

EIN fax confirmation (delivered by email and WhatsApp)
CP 575 letter mailed by the IRS directly to your U.S. address

Process:

We prepare the IRS Form SS-4 based on your information.
You review and sign the form (digitally or by hand).
We fax your signed SS-4 directly to the IRS using a secure, authorized fax line.
You receive the EIN fax confirmation within 7–10 business days.
The IRS mails the official CP 575 letter to your U.S. mailing address.

Important Notes:

The fax confirmation is proof of EIN issuance but not an official legal document.
The CP 575 letter is the official record, mailed only by the IRS.
Enterobiz cannot call the IRS or request replacements on your behalf.
We only accept EIN orders for clients with a valid U.S. mailing address.

Refund Policy for EIN:
No refund once the SS-4 form has been completed by our agent.

C) Registered Agent Service

Price: $165/year

Includes:

Official Registered Agent address in your chosen state
Document forwarding via email
Annual/biennial report reminders
Support via WhatsApp and email

Renewals:
Manual renewal each year — no auto-billing.

How It Works:
Enterobiz uses a trusted U.S.-based partner’s registered address for compliance.
All communication, forwarding, and support are handled directly by Enterobiz.

D) U.S. Business Address for Non-U.S. Citizens

Price: $69/month** (documents only — no physical parcels)**

States Offered:
AZ, CA, CO, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IA, MT, NV, NJ, NM, NY, OR, TX, UT, VA, WA, WY

Includes:

Unique suite number for your business
Unlimited mail receiving and scanning
Same-day delivery of scanned mail via email & WhatsApp

Restrictions:

Not valid for Google Business Profile verification
Documents only — no packages
Certain banks or platforms may require a lease agreement

Billing:
Month-to-month until cancelled.

E) U.S. Business Address with Lease Agreement

Price: $179/month**

Includes:

Month-to-month lease agreement in your company’s name
Unique suite number
Unlimited mail scanning and same-day digital delivery

Accepted For:

LLC filings
Bank accounts requiring lease documentation
Amazon Seller and Stripe verification (if lease required)

Restrictions:

Not valid for Google Business Profile verification
Documents only — no physical packages

3. When Services Begin

Services begin after full payment is received.

LLC filings start once the state submission begins.
EIN processing begins after receiving your signed SS-4 form.
Address and lease services begin when your suite assignment is processed.

4. Delivery Timelines and Delays

LLC Formation: Varies by state (a few days to several weeks).
EIN: Delivered within 7–10 business days after fax submission to the IRS.
Registered Agent: Active immediately upon confirmation.
Address Services: Suite or lease delivered within 2 business days.

Disclaimer:
Processing times depend on state agencies and the IRS.
Delays caused by these authorities are beyond our control and are not grounds for a refund.

5. Signature Requirement

For EIN filings, the IRS requires the applicant’s signature on Form SS-4.
We will not fax any application to the IRS without your signed authorization.
Digital or handwritten signatures are accepted.

6. U.S. Mailing Address Requirement

To use our EIN service, you must provide a valid U.S. mailing address.
The IRS mails the official CP 575 letter only to addresses within the United States.
Enterobiz does not accept EIN orders for clients without a U.S. mailing address.

7. Verification Requirements

We do not require ID during checkout.
However, if the IRS or a state agency requests verification, you must provide requested documents promptly.
Failure to comply may result in order cancellation without refund.

8. No Guarantee of Third-Party Acceptance

We do not guarantee that any bank, marketplace, or payment processor will accept your EIN or address.
Acceptance is at their discretion and may change without notice.
No refunds will be issued due to third-party rejections.

9. Payments

All prices are listed in USD.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Address services renew monthly until cancelled.
Registered Agent renews manually each year.

10. Cancellations

You may cancel via email (support@enterobiz.com) or WhatsApp (+1 505 301-5658).
EIN and LLC services cannot be cancelled once filing has begun.
Address services must be cancelled before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal.

11. Refund Policy Summary

$69 Address Plan	Refundable only if suite assignment has not started.
$179 Lease Plan	Refundable only if suite and lease processing have not started.

Refund requests must be made immediately after purchase.
Once IRS or state submission occurs, the transaction is final.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

We never sell or rent your data.
Your information is used only to:

Process your order
Communicate with you
Comply with legal or regulatory requirements

Data may be shared only with trusted U.S. partners (e.g., Registered Agent providers) strictly for service fulfillment.

13. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or actions of the IRS, state agencies, or postal carriers.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

14. Changes to These Terms

Enterobiz may update these Terms anytime.
The latest version will always be published with the date shown at the top.
Continued use of our services means you accept the updated version.
