Enterobiz LLC is a New Mexico–registered company operated from Pakistan with additional team members in the United States.
We provide transparent, fixed-fee business services, including:

All data is handled securely and only for the purpose of fulfilling these services.

We collect only the information required to deliver our services effectively:

Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number
Business Details: LLC name, state of formation, registered address
Billing Information: Payment details processed through Stripe (we never store full credit-card numbers)
Service Details: Information needed to complete filings, such as responsible-party name for EIN applications
Communication Data: Messages or documents you send by email or WhatsApp

We do not collect sensitive financial data, Social Security Numbers, or ITINs unless required by the IRS form SS-4 process.

3. How We Use Your Information

Registered Agent Partner: Used for official address representation and document forwarding
Certified Acceptance Agent (when applicable): Used only for IRS EIN filings
Payment Processor (Stripe): Handles secure payments and refunds
IRS and State Agencies: For EIN and LLC filings, where legally required

These partners are contractually bound to confidentiality and data-protection standards.

5. EIN Service Data Handling

When you order an EIN service:

We prepare IRS Form SS-4 using your details.
You review and sign the form (digitally or by hand).
We fax it securely to the IRS.
The IRS assigns your EIN and sends a fax confirmation, which we deliver to you by email and WhatsApp.
The IRS then mails the official CP 575 letter directly to your U.S. mailing address.

We do not request or handle IRS Letter 147C.
Your SS-4 form and EIN fax confirmation are stored securely for record-keeping and deleted upon request after order completion.

6. Data Storage and Retention

EIN and LLC records are stored securely for up to 24 months for client reference and compliance.
After that, data may be anonymized or deleted.
You may request early deletion anytime by emailing support@enterobiz.com (unless legal obligations require retention).

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Request a copy of your stored information
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data once services are complete
Withdraw consent (if applicable)
