Our mission is to help global entrepreneurs, including non-U.S. residents, maintain compliance by ensuring the timely delivery of legal notices and government correspondence to their LLCs.

We operate remotely and digitally, providing seamless, paperless solutions for business compliance.

2. DEFINITIONS

• “We,” “our,” “us,” “Enterobiz”: Refers to the Enterobiz sole proprietorship based in Pakistan.
• “You,” “Client,” “User”: Any individual or entity that uses our services or accesses our website.
• “Registered Agent Service”: A service where we or our partners receive legal and official mail on behalf of your U.S.-registered business entity and forward it to you.

3. SERVICES OFFERED

We currently offer the following services:

3.1 Registered Agent Service

• Available for all 50 U.S. states.
• Billed at $165 per year, renewed automatically unless canceled by the user.
• Includes mail scanning, forwarding of legal documents and compliance notices, and email alerts.
• No additional services are bundled unless explicitly stated.

We may introduce additional services in the future, which will be governed by separate agreements or addendums to these Terms.

4. ELIGIBILITY

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be legally capable of forming a business or contracting on behalf of an entity.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering or purchasing services.

We reserve the right to decline or terminate service if we find your application to be misleading, fraudulent, or incomplete.

5. USER OBLIGATIONS

By using Enterobiz services, you agree to:

• Maintain accurate contact and business information in your account.
• Notify us of any changes to your LLC or contact details.
• Do not use our address or Registered Agent service for fraudulent, illegal, or misleading activities.
• Comply with U.S. state regulations regarding the designation of registered agents.

6. ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

7. FEES AND BILLING

• The annual fee for the Registered Agent service is $165, charged in advance.
• Payments are securely processed via third-party payment gateways such as 2Checkout (Verifone).
• Renewal is automatic unless the service is canceled before the renewal date.
• You authorize us to charge your saved payment method unless otherwise instructed in writing.

Invoices are available upon request and should be retained for your own accounting and legal records.

8. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

We follow a strict no-refund policy once the Registered Agent service has been activated.

Refunds are only issued if:

• The service was purchased but not yet activated.
• A duplicate payment or technical processing error occurred.

You may cancel your subscription anytime via email. Upon cancellation, services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued.

9. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if:

• You violate these Terms or applicable laws.
• You provide false, misleading, or incomplete information.
• You fail to pay renewal fees.
• You engage in abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior toward our staff or partners.

Upon termination, we will cease providing Registered Agent services, and you are responsible for appointing a new agent immediately to avoid loss of good standing for your LLC.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Enterobiz or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our materials is strictly prohibited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the website for its intended purpose—purchasing and managing Registered Agent services.

11. DISCLAIMERS

• Enterobiz is not a law firm or tax advisor and does not offer legal or tax advice.
• Information on our website is for informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional guidance.
• We do not guarantee the acceptance of any filing or document by U.S. state agencies.
• We are not responsible for third-party delays (e.g., mail couriers, state filing offices).

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enterobiz shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits, business, or data.
• Failures caused by client errors, third-party providers, or government agencies.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, regardless of conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pakistan.

If you are using our services from outside Pakistan, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for any failure or delay in our performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, pandemic-related disruptions, or changes in government regulations.

15. CHANGES TO TERMS
